Prices & Budget
How much development costs, what is included, and hidden fees.
How much does website development cost at A-LUX in 2026?
Development costs at A-LUX depend on the project format. A simple turnkey landing page starts from 250,000 KZT (~$550). A corporate website with admin panel and 5–10 pages — from 600,000 KZT (~$1,300). An online store or catalogue with integrations — from 850,000 KZT (~$1,850). Premium projects with custom functionality or integrations — from 1,200,000 KZT (~$2,600). The final estimate is fixed in the contract after the brief.
What factors affect the project price?
Key factors: the number of unique pages and blocks, depth of integrations (1C, CRM, Kaspi Pay, EDI), need for a personal account and multi-level admin panel, design requirements (template / premium / custom), complexity of business logic, and need for high-load architecture. B2B portals and e-commerce will cost more than a landing page.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. We split payment into 2–4 milestones tied to project stages: brief and design → prototype and layout → backend and integrations → testing and launch. For large projects, individual schedules with monthly payments are available. All terms are fixed in the contract.
Do you require an upfront payment and why?
We follow the industry-standard scheme: 30–50% upfront after signing the contract, the rest paid on completion of stages. The upfront payment reserves the team (designer, frontend, backend) for the project duration and protects both the client and the studio from deadline and budget overruns.
What is included in the basic development package?
The basic package includes: a design mockup in Figma, responsive layout (desktop/tablet/mobile), basic SEO optimization (meta, schema, sitemap, robots), contact form with email and Telegram notifications, hosting setup, admin panel training, and 2 weeks of free technical support after launch.
How does the premium package differ from standard?
The premium package adds: custom design with animations (Lottie, WebGL, SVG), integrations with CRM / 1C / Kaspi Pay / payment processing, multi-level admin panel with roles, multilingual support (RU/KZ/EN), Core Web Vitals 95+ with preloading and WebP, advanced analytics (GA4, Metrica, Hotjar), and unlimited revisions during development.
Are there hidden payments after project delivery?
No. All work and costs are fixed in the technical specification and contract appendix. Additional payments cover only explicit external services: hosting (from 2,000 KZT/month), domain (from 5,000 KZT/year), SSL (free via Let's Encrypt), paid APIs (Kaspi, SMS gateways). These are discussed upfront during the brief.
Why are your prices higher than freelancers?
A-LUX is a team of 25 specialists, not a solo developer: designer, frontend developer, backend developer, QA tester, project manager, DevOps. We work under an LLP contract, provide a 12-month warranty, and handle all documentation and accounting. Over 19 years we have delivered 600+ projects — a level of accountability no single freelancer can match.
Can I pay stage by stage upon completion?
Yes. For large projects we practice sprint-based payments: we break the project into 2-week sprints, and the client pays each sprint upon acceptance. This works well for startups and product companies where the scope evolves during development.
Can the project be made cheaper?
Yes, by reducing scope. We discuss during the brief which features are critical for the MVP and which can be deferred to v2. Clients often save 30–40% of the budget by removing 'future features' and keeping only what drives business results from day one. A landing page with Kaspi Pay integration already generates sales without a complex admin panel.
Timeline & Process
How we work from brief to launch.
What are the average development timelines for websites and apps?
Landing page — 2–3 weeks. Corporate website with admin panel — 3–6 weeks. Online store — 5–8 weeks. Mobile app (iOS+Android) — 8–14 weeks. ERP / B2B portal with integrations — from 3 months. Urgent projects can be launched in 7–10 days with a premium team (this is a separate rate).
What affects project timelines?
The speed of client content delivery (texts, photos, logos), the number of internal approvals, the depth of integrations with external systems (1C, CRM, Kaspi), and the number of design revision rounds. Typically 70% of the timeline is development and 30% is communication and approvals.
Can you deliver an urgent project in 7–10 days?
Yes. A premium team of 3–4 people is assigned, working simultaneously on design, layout, and backend. The cost of an urgent project is 30–50% higher because the team prioritizes your project and works on weekends. We take a maximum of 1–2 such orders per month.
How is the A-LUX work process structured?
5 stages: (1) brief and technical specification — 2–5 days; (2) design mockups in Figma — 1–2 weeks with 2 revision cycles; (3) layout and development — the main stage; (4) testing — functional + performance + SEO audit; (5) production launch, client training, 2 weeks of free support. Each stage includes status meetings via Zoom / Telegram.
Who will work on my project?
For standard projects: project manager (your single point of contact), designer, frontend developer, backend developer, QA tester. For premium: + DevOps, SEO specialist, copywriter. All staff are A-LUX employees, not freelancers. You know everyone personally and communicate through a shared Telegram chat.
How do we communicate during development?
The main channel is a project Telegram chat with the PM, client, and key specialists. Once a week — a video call with a progress demo. Mockups and prototypes reviewed in Figma, tasks in Asana / Jira. Urgent questions via WhatsApp or phone call. We respond within 1–2 hours during business hours.
How many revisions are included in the development?
Standard package: up to 15 revisions on the design mockup and 10 on the finished layout. Premium — unlimited revisions within the agreed technical specification. Major changes outside the spec (adding new sections, changing logic) are discussed separately and formalized in an addendum.
How does pre-launch testing work?
We perform 4 types of tests: functional (all forms and scenarios work), cross-browser (Chrome/Safari/Firefox/Edge), responsive (mobile devices from iPhone SE to iPad Pro), and performance (Lighthouse 90+). Then — client demo, recording of comments, final revisions, and handover to production.
What happens after project launch?
The first 2 weeks — free technical support: we fix bugs, make minor content edits, and train the client on the admin panel. Afterwards, optionally — a support package from 50,000 KZT/month with 4-hour SLA on critical errors. Or pay-per-hour for one-off work.
How is the project handed over to the client?
Full package: design source files (Figma), source code (Git repository in your GitHub / GitLab), hosting and domain access registered to your account. Technical documentation (DB schemas, architecture, API). Video tutorial for the admin panel. All keys, certificates, and passwords are delivered via separate secure communication.
Technologies & Stack
Which CMS, frameworks, and hosting providers we use.
Which CMS and frameworks do you use?
For content sites — Bitrix, WordPress (if the client requests it), OpenCart. For custom projects — Next.js/React (frontend) + Node.js/NestJS or Laravel (backend). Mobile — Flutter (cross-platform) or Swift/Kotlin for native. For high-load — Go + PostgreSQL + Redis. The choice depends on the task, not on what we are comfortable with.
Bitrix or WordPress — which should I choose?
Bitrix suits e-commerce, online stores, and B2B portals with 1C integrations — it has strong out-of-the-box functionality. WordPress is for blogs, news sites, and smaller corporate resources. For custom products (SaaS, complex business logic) it is better to build with Next.js/Laravel — more freedom without the 'box'.
iOS, Android, or cross-platform — which is better?
Flutter (cross-platform) for 90% of projects: one codebase → both stores, development speed 2x faster, performance 95% of native. Native (Swift/Kotlin) — only if you need narrow features (AR, ML Core, complex animations) or SDK integrations without Flutter wrappers. For MVP, Flutter is almost always the right choice.
Where do you host projects and is it mandatory to use your hosting?
For Kazakhstan clients — Hoster.kz, ps.kz, PS Hosting (KZ servers for compliance with the Law on Personal Data). For international — DigitalOcean, AWS, Cloudflare. Hosting with A-LUX is not mandatory — we can deploy on yours. We also take on support for projects regardless of where they are hosted.
Can the project be migrated to another hosting?
Yes, the project is entirely yours — we hand over source code, database, and documentation. If needed, we assist with the migration (DB migration, domain and SSL reconfiguration, cron updates, functionality check). This is billed as a separate service (from 30,000 KZT depending on complexity).
Do you perform backups and how often?
Yes. For projects on our hosting: automatic DB snapshot backups every 6 hours, full file backups every night, retention — 30 days. Daily DB backups also go to S3 / Cloud Storage with geo-redundancy. For critical e-commerce projects we set up point-in-time recovery.
How is project security ensured?
Standard: HTTPS (Let's Encrypt), HSTS preload, CSP headers, protection against XSS/CSRF/SQLi, API rate-limiting, regular automatic dependency updates via Dependabot, Sentry error monitoring. Passwords — password_hash() bcrypt, no plaintext. For e-commerce — additional PCI DSS compliance when handling card payments.
Which payment methods do you integrate (Kaspi Pay, HomeBank, Forte)?
Kaspi Pay (QR + Pay), Kaspi Store, HomeBank, Forte Payment, CloudPayments, Stripe, PayPal. For subscription services — recurring payments via Kaspi Pay and Stripe. Full cycle: from test environment to live merchant account, including bank processing documentation.
Do you support multilingual websites (RU/KZ/EN)?
Yes. We work in any architecture: hreflang on /ru, /kz, /en subdomains or subdirectories, or JSON dictionaries with i18next/react-intl for SPAs. On mobile Flutter — via flutter_localizations. Kazakh requires correct handling of Cyrillic and Latin scripts as well as pluralization rules — we do this correctly.
Do you integrate with 1C and other ERP systems?
Yes. Integrations with 1C Trade Management / Small Business / Enterprise via 1C REST API or CommerceML scheduled exchange. We also connect Bitrix24, amoCRM, retailCRM, SAP Business One, Odoo. For complex cases we build an integration hub (Node.js / Python worker) with queues (Redis / RabbitMQ) for asynchronous exchange.
Support & Warranty
What we guarantee and how we support you after launch.
What warranty do you provide on a developed website?
12-month warranty on code functionality. If within the year you discover a bug that existed at the time of project handover, we will fix it free of charge. The warranty does not cover consequences of third-party interference, hacker attacks, or changes on the side of external APIs (1C, Kaspi).
How long does the free technical support last after launch?
Standard — 2 weeks. During this period we fix any bugs found, make minor content edits, and help master the admin panel. For premium projects — 1 month of free support. After that you can switch to a paid support package or work on a per-hour basis.
What is included in a paid support package?
50,000 KZT/month package: 4-hour SLA on critical bugs, 8 working hours per month for edits (texts, images, small blocks), uptime monitoring, monthly report. 120,000 KZT/month package: 1-hour SLA, 20 hours per month, quarterly SEO audit, dependency updates. Individual SLAs — tailored to the project.
How much does technical support cost?
One-off: 15,000 KZT/hour of work. The 50,000 KZT/month package includes 8 hours. The 120,000 KZT/month package — 20 hours + priority. Enterprise subscription — individual pricing. If you have your own IT team, we can work as an external vendor on a consulting basis — 20,000 KZT/hour for architecture expertise.
How quickly do you respond to client requests?
During business hours (09:00–18:00 Almaty time) — within 1–2 hours. For clients on a support package — SLA is fixed in the contract (4 hours / 1 hour depending on the package). Critical e-commerce bugs (site down, payment not working) — within 30 minutes around the clock for enterprise clients.
What is SLA and what is yours?
SLA (Service Level Agreement) is an agreement on the response time for a request. We have 3 levels: standard (8 working hours), medium (4 working hours), premium (1 working hour / 30 min 24/7). Critical incidents (site down, payment not working) are always top priority regardless of the package. SLA is stated in the contract; breaches are compensated.
Do you update CMS and libraries?
Yes. The support package includes monthly dependency updates (npm / composer), quarterly CMS updates (WordPress / Bitrix), security patches — within 48 hours of publication. For critical vulnerabilities (RCE, authentication bypass) — immediate update.
Do you provide hosting support?
Yes. If the project is on Hoster.kz or our VPS, we fully administer it: uptime monitoring (UptimeRobot), backup management, SSL setup, OS updates, nginx/Apache optimization, fail2ban and rate-limit configuration. This is included in the support package or billed separately.
Do you update site content on client request?
Yes, this is part of the support package. The 50,000 KZT/month package includes 8 hours of work — enough for 10–20 minor edits (adding a news post, changing text, uploading a photo). For major updates (section redesign, new functionality) — a separate quote.
Do you provide admin panel training?
Yes. At the end of the project we record a 30–60-minute video tutorial covering all key scenarios: how to add a page, product, article, upload an image, edit menus, and export lead reports. We also conduct 1–2 online sessions with your team via Zoom.
SEO & Promotion
Optimization for Google, AI search engines, and the local Kazakhstan market.
Do you offer SEO promotion services?
Yes. A-LUX provides a full SEO cycle: technical audit, on-page fixes (meta, schema, Core Web Vitals), content creation (blog, landing pages), link building, local SEO (Google Business Profile, 2GIS), and optimization for AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews). We work in Kazakhstan and the CIS.
Is SEO included in the website development price?
Basic SEO optimization (meta-tags, schema.org, sitemap, robots.txt, Core Web Vitals 90+, mobile-friendly) is included in the cost of every A-LUX project. Full-scale promotion (content marketing, link building, GSC work) is a separate service starting from 200,000 KZT/month depending on region and competition.
How much does SEO promotion cost at A-LUX?
Local SEO for small businesses in Almaty — from 150,000 KZT/month (~$330). National promotion in Kazakhstan — from 300,000 KZT/month (~$650). Competitive niches (e-commerce, finance, real estate) — from 500,000 KZT/month (~$1,100). The price includes: audit, 4–8 articles per month, technical optimization, GSC/GA4 reporting, link work.
When can I expect SEO results?
First visible changes — in 30–60 days (increase in GSC impressions for long-tail queries). Top-20 positions — in 3–6 months. Top-10 for commercial keywords — in 6–12 months depending on niche competition. For local queries results are faster — top 5 in 2–3 months. We work by KPI with monthly reports.
What SEO KPIs do you guarantee?
We do not guarantee specific positions (Google prohibits this for all agencies), but we guarantee process KPIs: minimum X new content pages per month, Core Web Vitals 90+ on key pages, monthly indexation growth in GSC, growth in impressions and clicks. If there is no growth after 6 months — a free audit and strategy revision.
Do you optimize for Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT?
Yes. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is our priority. We work with Speakable schema, passage-level optimization, llms.txt, brand mentions on Wikipedia/Reddit, and structured data (FAQPage, HowTo, Article). A-LUX has a ready case study — our blog features an article on how to appear in Google AI Overviews.
What is local SEO and is it right for me?
Local SEO — promotion for location-specific queries ('website development Almaty', 'app development Shymkent'). Suitable for businesses with a physical address or services in a specific city. Includes: Google Business Profile optimization, registration on 2GIS / Yandex Maps, review generation, LocalBusiness schema, city pages on the site.
Do you write SEO articles and landing pages?
Yes. Our content team writes SEO articles based on keyword clusters (2,000–3,500 words with FAQ and table of contents), landing pages for commercial queries, and e-commerce product descriptions. We use AI assistants (Gemini, GPT) + human copywriter review. No plagiarism — checked via Text.ru / Advego Plagiatus.
Do you set up web analytics (GA4, Metrica)?
Yes. We connect Google Analytics 4, Yandex.Metrica (with session recording and heatmaps), Search Console, and Bing Webmaster. We configure e-commerce events, goals, UTM tagging, and custom dimensions. For serious analytics we connect Google Tag Manager and build dashboards in Looker Studio.
Do you work with backlinks and link building?
Yes, but carefully. Focus on high-quality white-hat links: niche directories (Clutch, GoodFirms, DesignRush), guest articles in industry blogs, mentions in Kazakhstan media (Forbes.kz, Informburo), registration on 2GIS / Yandex Maps. We do NOT use link exchanges (Sape, Miralinks) — they lead to Google penalties.
