What a restaurant CRM is
It is a system that gathers all guests of a venue into one base and links them to orders: dine-in, takeaway, through the app and delivery. For each guest you see how often they come, how much they spend and what they order.
Without a CRM a restaurant knows its revenue but not the people who bring it. With aggregators it is worse: the guest's contacts stay with the platform.
What our CRM does
- One guest base for all locations: name, phone, order history
- Loyalty programme: cashback, points, tiers, promo codes
- Push notifications and offers for quiet hours
- Segments: new, regular, lapsed, high spenders
- Automatic win-back of guests who have not ordered for a while
- Ratings and reviews after every order
- Reports: repeat orders, average check, campaign results
Where the data comes from
The CRM works together with the channels where a guest leaves a contact:
- A restaurant app for iOS and Android under your brand
- QR menu and ordering from the table
- An online ordering system and delivery with no commission on the menu
- POS: iiko, R-Keeper, 1C
What it gives a chain
- The guest base belongs to you, not the aggregator
- Repeat orders come directly, with no platform commission
- Campaigns run by segment, not “to everyone”
- You see which location is losing regular guests
CRM plus kitchen control
A guest rating becomes useful when you know what is behind it. Combined with kitchen video analytics, every rating is linked to the recording of how the order was cooked: open the order and see how it was assembled.
Questions and answers
How is a CRM different from a loyalty programme
A loyalty programme is the points mechanic. A CRM is wider: the guest base, order history, segments, campaigns and analytics. Loyalty works inside the CRM.
Do I need a CRM if I already have iiko or R-Keeper
A POS stores receipts, not guests. The CRM takes data from the POS and links it to a person, their app and their history.
Can an existing guest base be migrated
Yes. We migrate guests and point balances from the POS or a previous app.
How long does the launch take
An app with a guest base and loyalty launches from 14 working days, including publication in the App Store and Google Play.
