What is an AI salesperson?

How is it different from a regular chatbot?
A regular bot works with buttons and fixed scripts. The AI salesperson understands free-form questions, typos and voice notes and answers from your knowledge base.
Will it say something it should not?
Answers are built only on your data: catalogue, prices, terms. Limits are set separately, for example no discount above 5%. If the answer is not in the data, it says so and calls a manager.
