Where a redesign starts
With numbers, not with a mockup.
We look at which pages bring traffic and enquiries, where people leave and what they search for on the site. Often the problem is not the design at all: the form asks for too much, no page shows a price, and half the traffic lands on a page missing from the menu.
Those things are fixed before any mockup and pay off faster than redrawing. If the analysis shows a redesign is not what you need, we say that too and propose what will actually help.
How search traffic is protected
The classic failure is a ranking collapse a month after launch.
The causes are always the same: URLs changed without redirects, copy removed, structured data lost, pages became heavier. We record the state before the work and compare afterwards — URLs, titles, descriptions, markup, speed.
Where the structure changes deliberately, permanent redirects are set and indexing is watched for the first weeks after launch.

How much does a redesign cost?
Scoped by the number of unique page templates, layout complexity and whether content needs manual migration. The breakdown comes before the start.
Will traffic drop after launch?
With URLs and copy preserved, usually not. We record the state before and verify it after: URLs, meta, markup, speed.
Can we redesign only the homepage?
You can, and sometimes that is right. But if the rest stays in the old style, the effect is partial — we say so honestly.
How long does it take?
From three weeks for a small site. Most of the time goes into agreeing structure and migrating content, not into drawing.
Do you redesign sites built by others?
Yes, if the platform is maintainable. For outdated custom systems a migration is sometimes cheaper.
