A website for a series of education forums across Kazakhstan

Jaña Bilim Hub runs education forums in regional centres of Kazakhstan for school principals, teachers, EdTech companies and partners. We built a three-language website with participant registration, a city map, programme, speakers and expo, plus an admin panel for the team.

What we built

Everything a forum in many cities needs

One website for the whole forum series: a participant picks a city and a role, the team runs registration and content from the panel.

Three participant routes

Separate programmes for school principals, teachers and exhibiting partners: everyone sees what matters to them.

City map

The forum travels across regional centres. The map shows cities with dates and venues; past forums open reports.

Free registration

A short registration form with city choice. The “Participate” button is pinned to the bottom on mobile.

Forum topics

AI in learning, digital school, management and quality, inclusion, teacher growth, STEM, international experience.

Speakers, expo, partners

Speakers, solution expo, partners, news and media centre are filled from the panel.

Three languages

Russian, Kazakh and English, switched in the header.

Admin panel

Registrations, cities and dates, speakers, news and pages change without a developer.

QR codes for ads

The team creates a QR code to the site or registration and downloads it as PNG or SVG for posters.

Reliable server

Dedicated server, PHP 8.4 and PostgreSQL, its own process pool for registration peaks.

01Task

One website for a forum series

The forum runs in different cities, each with its own dates and venue. The site had to let a participant find their city and register fast, and let the team run everything from one panel.

02Design

Serious but alive

A dark teal palette with orange accents, real forum photos and big project numbers on the first screen. Routes for different roles have their own block.

We built the three-language site, registration, speakers, expo and news sections and the admin panel, plus a QR generator so the team makes poster codes itself.
