Do you need access?
Yes: admin, code and preferably server access. Without them the audit is guesswork from the outside.
Will you tell us to rebuild everything?
Only if that is genuinely cheaper. In most cases targeted fixes are the rational answer and we say so.
Can we give the report to another contractor?
Yes. It is yours and it is written to be usable by anyone.
How long does it take?
Usually a week. Large or heavily customised sites take longer.
